It’s important for mental health leaders to have an understanding of various model of supervision are major components when continuously monitoring the organizations and supervisee’s growth. Having a single supervision model may hinder the supervisee’s experience and isolate their training to one ideology of routines, beliefs, and workplace practices during their supervision. I believe with a combination of experiences will further strengthen the leaders ability to organization and implement transparency within a multiple environments which leads to increases knowledge, skills, and an array of complex situations which are needed in the future.
