To have the team working towards the same goal, the mission and vision should be communicated clearly. So that employees know what they are doing and what is expected from them, giving their best efforts. Delegation relieves the leader from exhaustion and stress. It is a sign of strength in leadership and encourages employees live to expectations. It also helps to assess which strength and weakness employees have, which is essential to differentiate which tasks they will fit best.

In terms of productivity, the role of the team and its members may still not clearly define. As a result, people might feel overwhelmed by their work tasks or they might not be comfortable with the arrangement or tasks allocated to them. When working in a team everyone should be informed about what is going on. Making decisions as a leader sometimes can be an intimidating process but it is also why you have a team to support you and help you with those decisions. A leader when making decisions gets the opinions of those around them to make a decision, but must comprehend that it may not be the right thing to do and they will have to take full responsibility. Even with careful planning, things can not go as planned and a leader has to step up to the plate to take the consequences.
Unfortunately, two of group members were not responsible enough to do their tasks on time. It is obvious that in group work, one having problem can easily affect the goals of a group. As a leader, to deal with this problem, I tried to urge them with a constructive and positive manner. Since we have a lot of assignments together with this group task, I know that if I gave them the negative attitude, I would break the comfortable working environment. Furthermore, if needed, I also helped them complete the work by giving some directions to solve out the tasks and finding information to support them.
In this leadership style the group will be successful since the manager takes the inputs of team members into consideration, this would help the group to communicate well with the manager and also understand what the task is to be done and how they may go about doing
