It has been said that we spend one-third of our lives sleeping. We all are aware of how important it is to sleep well at night but when it comes to behavioral theorists, it isn't how long we sleep for, but our actual sleep positions that are riveting. In fact the position that you try to get while sleeping counts. Even though so many people try to underestimate their sleeping position. It is still to be very important.We can see that these positions are three: side, back and stomach. (Better Sleep Council, 2010) Sleep specialists recommend sleeping on your side, as it wouldn't reduce sleeping efficiency. There are many variations of sleeping on your side, all of which are of benefit in helping to mitigate insomnia as well as chronic sleep deprivation. Sleeping on your stomach would be the worst of all as it can affect your back and neck harshly. People who sleep on their stomach report increased restlessness caused by frequent tossing and turning in an effort to get cozy and comfortable. some other styles get different preferences.

Fetus position is the common as 41% of contributors sleep in this position. Women are apt to sleep in this posture twice as much. It is claimed that fetus-position sleepers tend to be delicate regardless of seeming unsentimental, and are timid but lighten up in no time.
