Smartphone is the most common device that everyone owns and carries every day. No matter where we go, we can see everyone with a smartphone. This is where the question raises on how does smartphone change us socially? There are email, messaging apps, games, internet surfing and music to use on smartphone. It can be consider being a mini computer where people can perform their task everywhere and anytime. People who do this are less likely to communicate with public. A study done by Robert H. Previously people only rely on cumbersome process to transmit information and data over long distance and the communication was ineffective and slow. Communication abilities differed greatly on the society and had more advantages over others. It was problematic to send urgent message and the consequences exist due to inability or inadequacy to communicate using a reliable techniques. The invention of the telephone provides a medium where everyone can communicate instantly despite the distance of location. Furthermore, smartphones are globally accepted approach of communication and allow fast communication in any society possible. In addition, smartphones open up the room for further innovations which further made the transmission of data and relying of information more efficient. Smartphones have integrated the most innovative invention of modern time which is the internet. Internet allows user to access information on any topic that they would like to search on. Furthermore, it allows people to buy and sell products regardless of where a person is across the globe. Banking abilities were also enhance for the ease of money transfer. People argue that smartphones have caused negative impacts on social relationships, education, health and other part of our life. Too much engagement on smartphones may cause to the lack of interactions between individuals and do harm to human relationships. Although they were initially developed to help people stay integrated and connected, they are instead disconnecting people from society and relationships due to their addictive nature. The problem with cell phone starts during the pre-teen years. Pressure gradually increases for student between middle-school and high-school to do well in school especially at a college preparation school. Students carry their smartphones around while attending class. Students uses their cellphone during their test when they are able to text their friends for answer if they got stuck. On the opposite spectrum, people might say that friends could just ask during breaks or at lunch. However, a person cannot remember everything, and the younger the kid is the less likely he or she will retain the answers (especially under pressure or when feeling
