And smoking is one of the main causes of gastritis as it enhances it enhances and accelerates the happening of pancreatic cancer, it might cause direct injury to the stomach and duodenum, and even worse it can turn into stomach and duodenum cancers, pH imbalance, and gastrointestinal function disorder might be occurred.

Sleeping provides us a lot of benefits but if we sleep after a meal it’s another thing.
