Based on the MRT breakdown problem, it is the issue which needs to solve as quickly as possible. Otherwise, it will decrease trust of the citizens of Singapore. In order to reduce a bad hire, it should make sure the competency and professional qualification of the professional. Hence, the interview process will be getting longer.
