But unlike 42nd Street, which focuses on a single show, Gold Diggers of 1933 focuses on three main chorus girls: Polly, Trixie, and Carol. At the beginning of the movie, a show is being rehearsed. Then, men from the sheriff’s office come in and begin to take the set away. When Barney Hopkins, the director, asks what they are doing, the men reply that there are too many unpaid bills and everything is being shut down.
For example, when I was in Canada, I discovered my love of hockey when a friend I met took me to a hockey game or the time I visited Japan and was able to ride the (Shinkansen) bullet train throughout a 24-hour route to see all of Japan and ended the ride by stopping at a karaoke shop (and performing a couple of songs in English and Japanese) before heading to a hotel for the night or the time I was able to visit a hot spring in Ethiopia, where I received a much needed detox from a stressful week I had been experiencing. Additionally, I learned how to cook a variety of cuisine dishes such as poutine from Canada, croquettes from Spain, authentic pasta dishes from Italy, and jollof rice from Ghana. A Haunted Halloween In the town of Hull stone, on a Halloween night, four kids met up at Joe’s house to have a sleepover. Bob, Claire and Emily showed up at his house with their candy baskets. They left the house to go trick or treating in Joe’s neighborhood. The evening passed quickly as they had collected a lot of candy and they were returning to Joe’s house to begin their sleepover. On the ride back home, all was well until Bob suddenly stumbled upon a rock while riding his bike.

The Socials were the rich people that would always make fun of the greasers. Nobody from either class could be seen walking alone because of the other class see, they would jump them. It talks about 2 weeks in the life of a boy named Ponyboy and the struggles of being an outsider. Half way through the book Ponyboy, Johnny, and Dally go to the movies they meet to girls here at the movies and Dally leaves. After this Johnny and Ponyboy take these two girls walking to a friends house to drive them home.
Though chemotherapy is over, Sam and Jules are still distant. Jules starts hanging out with her other friends from dance class and Sam spends most of her time with Paul. They both blame each other for this distance and they get into a fight. Jules condition worsens dramatically after she stops chemotherapy, so she has to go back to the doctors. The doctor wants Jules to go back on chemo and after thinking a lot, Jules agrees only because the doctor said she wouldn't lose her hair and she would be able to dance this time.
It has been 2 years since Lucy lost her husband. On April 14, Lucy friend Ruby, had decided to have a girl nights out with her nurses friends to distract Lucy from her husband that she still griefs for. They decided to go to the Ford theaters to watch the performance “Our American Cousin”, as Lucy was entering the theater, she saw a really tall man. As she got closer to that men, she noticed it was the president Abraham Lincoln. She gasped and was shocked to see Abraham there, Abraham noticed her and had a conversation with her, she was so excited she could barely talk.
In Steubenville, Ohio, a sixteen-year-old girl was attending a local high school party with her friends. The girl was more intoxicated than others and refused to go home after the party was shut down. She then joined a group of guys who were going to another party and when they get there, the girl was too drunk to remember anything else. Two of the boys that were with her were Trent Mays and Malik Richmond. Both of them were football players at Steubenville High School, which was a big deal in small town Steubenville.
Wednesday night after church some friends and I had gone to get ice cream at Sunny Skies and we all rode together. We get back to the church and I leave for Kylee’s house. I got behind a small dark colored car that did not go the speed limit and was going twenty under the whole time. We get onto Harnett Central Rd and there is a long straight away passing zone so I chose to pass the car. The guy driving decides to speed up as I try to pass and a different car comes around the curve.

Baller County had high expectations for the year so the team started off the practices with a strong swagger and practice had started becoming part of a usual routine for all the young athletes. The day February 25, a day that young John Goodman will never forget. The overcast weather conditions had soaked everything; therefore, the team had spent practice in the batting cages. Afterwards, the coach dismissed the team to go home since weather conditions seemed to be worsening. Goodman and a few others had decided that they would go to the mall and pick up some well needed snacks at the mall.
