Everybody has a passion for something that they enjoy doing and spend most of their time doing. I enjoy playing soccer and it has become one of my biggest passions ever since I was the age of 5. I enjoy playing it more than any other sport I have ever participated in.

College football is getting to be as popular as professional football. In some areas of the country, college football is a lot more popular than NFL football. In Nebraska for example, Memorial stadium in Lincoln becomes the state 's third largest city on home football game days. The stadium becomes a sea of red as fans dress in the team colors in support of the Cornhuskers.

Ever wonder how one of the most famous sporting events began? Well, I am going to tell you how the First World Championship began. It began when two rival football companies, AFL and NFL fought to win the name as the best. Then, the AFL and NFL league had a football game to see who would be the best. Eventually, they signed a contract saying that they would merge together to become one and they would use NFL names and all of NFL and AFL teams.

Soccer is the most popular sport. It is influential in America, by looking at it; it is mostly effective to children. It is mostly popular for women’s soccer than men and soccer had gained popularity due to the influence of David Beckham. Soccer seems to lack of academies which causes to gain no talent at all. At youth, children love to play soccer, but as they grow old it might be possible chance they might grow out of it. By looking at soccer one can see its influence on American culture which is important because soccer is a sport that gained popularity and has significant influence on America both socially and economically.

There are several ways that football has evolved over the years, including television, uniforms, training, methods and diets, and passing changes. In the early 1900’s people couldn’t just sit down on the couch and turn on the game by the click of a button. Fans could either watch it on regional broadcast, listening to the newscasts on the radio, or reading the newspaper the next morning to find out what the score was or what the major highlights were. Nowadays, more and more people are watching the game from the stadium, which can be very pricy, but most people watch it on the television with broadcasters and constant information about the players during the breaks. The uniforms have drastically changed. The players back then did not have nearly as much of protection as football players now have.

Millions of passionate fans follow two ball sports one the favorite of Americans and the other the favorite of the world .Each is played on a large rectangular field the favorite of Americans is called Football and the world’s favorite is soccer also known as futbol in most countries. I prefer Soccer more than Football because I’ve been playing since I was little and i’m better at Soccer than Football.

The 1970s brought about changes in politics, popularity of sports and the Olympics games which allowed sports to become a major event worldwide.

American Sports have a lot of similarities, but they also have a lot of differences. There are many sports that “Americans” and “Hispanics” share, for example one being boxing. Boxing is a huge deal in Mexico and in America as well. Believe it or not baseball is one of the most popular sports in Mexico, which is ironic because America calls baseball our “pastime”.

Did you know that many people can safely say that soccer has been played for at least 3,000 years? I didn’t. I wasn’t expecting it to be that long that soccer has been played.

The competitive nature of football in Latin America helped it flourish and plant deep roots in the cultures of these countries. The sport can impact many aspects of their everyday lives and lead to nationalism and strong pride. Soccer in Latin America has been analyzed by historians, journalists, and filmmakers as an important feature of understanding the country’s popular culture and national identity through the history of Brazil, Uruguay, and Argentina. Once all three countries could defeat the English National and club teams, soccer was a main source of nationalism and helped confirm the social development of these Latin American countries (Nadel 45).

The football that we know today started in 1922 when the American Professional Football Association change its name to the National Football League. The team with the best regular season record was the champion. in 1960 a second national football league was started to compete with the NFL. Eventually it ended up the being two conferences to make up the NFL, the American Football Conference and the National Football Conference. The two implemented a system of playoff games and the champions of the two conferences went head to head in a game called the Superbowl. Soccer is different from the other sports; soccer is so unique. Every player is an idol, how? If a player can’t do a trick, and the other player did that trick, that player who did the trick is the idol of the other player. We just need a ball to start playing soccer. Soccer is so easy to understand, because it is a simple sport. Soccer helps people to unite; there’s absolutely no racism in soccer, we don’t care if you are black, white, Christian, Muslim etc. soccer is another world; out of the world; there’s a lot of people have soccer in their life. We value players on their performance in the match not outside the match, because it wouldn’t be fair for the players; good or bad we will always love
