The social networking sites allow to its user to access through a PC or the smart phones and now a days on cell phones also. The impact of social networking sites may be good but if we observe closely it impacts badly on student’s education. Social networking sites wasting the time of the students and distracting from their studies.

But now a day students and teenagers are getting distracted from their primary goal. The internet is the best evolution of the technology but now a day this is used only for entertainment and for wasting a time. The internet can be used for good purpose but it is now used for accessing social networking sites. The social networking sites are only electronic communication between the users. But the students are spending much time in these social networking sites. This sites offer users to create account free of cost and also upload images, snapshots, videos etc. Therefore students access these websites and upload the images and other stuff rather to study. Even the adult peoples are using these websites and wasting their times and distracting from the work. The following image shows the number of users in India in 2014 it is 168.7millon and it will increase to 209.1 million in 2015, 246.7million in 2016 and 282.9 in 2017 …show more content…

It is recommended to the young and teenagers that to play the outdoor games and also do the exercise daily. Playing outdoor games is very good exercise for teenagers and younger one. Also teenagers distract from their food because of these sites they involves in these sites very deeply that they event forget to have some food and this is also effect on their health.
