The major effect of insufficient education in Thailand is the poorness of Thai people. According to Nations Encyclopedia (2016), many people are in poverty cycle because they cannot afford to send their children beyond compulsory schooling. This causes many impacts on individuals’ lives because they will be unqualified for a high paying job, which can enhance their income and improve their living conditions. As a result, this shows that education is significant in people’s lives as it can develop and give them many opportunities. In
Lack of infrastructure prevents Philippines’ economy from growing .A country like the Philippines that is still developing also makes it hard for the government to provide basic needs like services in health, education and clean water supply. The population growth rate of the Philippines is 1.54% per year. Because of this, it prevents the country’s economy from growing and this makes poverty even worse due to the increase of population. Lack of proper education is also one of the many causes of poverty in the Philippines. Uneducated people and they marry very early in life and have so many children that they can’t support.
It has been argued that healthcare is too expensive and that food stamps have been taken away from many people. It is also extremely difficult to get a well-paying job in order to pay for housing, healthcare, and food. The lack of healthcare, food stamps, and well-paying jobs can result in people turning towards crime because of issues such as mental health, physical health, and employment options. One reason that people turn to crime is because of the lack of healthcare. Even when healthcare is available to people, a large portion of them are not able to pay for it since it is so expensive.
The urban poverty is also increasing. Migrants with low-paying jobs or without jobs are unable to afford housing or feed their families. In 2012, it was estimated that the extreme poverty in the Philippines was 19.2% (18.4 million people). Most of the poor people live in rural areas and work primarily in farming and agriculture. Given stagnant and declining salaries for middle class in the US, it becomes more difficult to afford these expenses. (poverties.org, 2011) In my opinion, I think poverty can not be eradicated because there are forty percent of people who are at poverty level, which means 2.8 billion people. In addition, it is difficult to eradicate poverty since we have so many corrupt officials when the governments give the funds to the poor people, those officials will take the money from the funds to do dishonest or illegal things with it. Poverty can not be eradicated unless people educate their children offering them a better life. For example, if a poor family does not send their children to school therefore their children will not get education and a well paid job in the future. With the job that they can get without any education will enable them to get jobs that will only offer them basic living.
Businesses • If people are poor they cannot buy goods and services from businesses. The demand for goods and services decreases. This means that businesses cannot grow or make more profits. • This has a negative effect on the country’s economy. c. Government • Another result of poverty is that the government will receive less income from taxes (like income tax and VAT) because poor people do not have an income and cannot buy products and services.

Unemployment and very low pay among parents create a situation where their kids are unable to go to school; they just don’t see how hard work can improve their life as they see their parents fail at a daily task. In the end, poverty is a major ground of social tensions and threatens to divide a nation because of the issue of inequalities particularly income inequality. This happens when wealth in a country is not well distributed among its citizens. In other words, where a tiny minority have all the money.
Since unemployment creates a lack of financial stability, it will eventually lead to poverty. Due to this, those people who are unemployed will have a lower standard of living than those of the people who are employed. This is because they will suffer from lack of regular income to support their basic needs such as food, clothing and health care. This only shows that employment plays a very big role in addressing poverty since if many people will be employed, they will have enough money to be able to support their needs in life.
