Social responsibility is means a people or an organization must have ethnical behaviors with social, cultural economic and environmental issues. In other words, there are two type of social responsibility which are individual social responsibility (ISR) and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
The objective for corporate social responsibility is to balance profit-making activities with activities that benefit society and it also involves developing businesses with a positive relationship to the society in which they operate. So that, every company must haven program of CSR and control by international organization for standardization (ISO).
Otherwise, individual social responsibility is at the roots of corporate because a corporate comprises of individuals and hence determines the social

I was very surprise after I visited there because I found that there have many thing worth to learn from them such as hardworking, friendly and so on. When we reach there, the person in charge have a short briefing with us like tell us about the GOLD, their types of cookies and teach us the process about cookies. After the briefing, we have a few of activities with them like make cookies with them, chat with them and so on.
In addition, I feel they are very hardworking to learn independent for their future life even better than some people that did not do work and just take money from others or perfunctory when working. For example, they very hardworking and focus when making cookies. Furthermore, I think that they are very cheerful and friendly to others because they always think position and able be in touch with others even they communication skills are not so good. For example, they will always chat with us when we make cookies together because a lot of people feel do not like to communicate with
