1 Introduction
The trend of growth of computer industry make the organization to adopt new means run the organizations by demand the application that help them to interact with the computer very easy that depend on the nature of their activities they perform. Due to the development computer technology in different aspect, software engineers have the responsibility to solve large and complex programs and in a cost efficient manner. Despite of the software engineer try to develop a several software for the aims of solve large and complex problem, this field are facing various problems which include poor knowledge in software engineering, poor quality of software development, requirements are not clearly defined, failure to plan budget, poor quality

The main goal of conducting the software quality assurance in software engineering is to ensure that developed software complies and meet with defined or required standardized quality specifications. Therefore, for any organization to make the reliability of their software to be high, it is necessary the software quality assurance technique should be adopted during the development and maintenance of particular software systems (Rosenberg, …show more content…
This includes the process of assuring that standards and procedures are established and are followed throughout the software life cycle. Software Quality Assurance involves the entire software development process. This involve the monitoring and improving the process, making sure that any agreed-upon standards and procedures are followed, and ensuring that problems are found and dealt with . The main objective of quality assurance is to minimize the cost of guaranteeing quality by a variety of activities performed throughout the development and manufacturing processes/stages (Alsultanny at el, 2009). These activities prevent the causes of errors, and detect and correct them early in the development process(Rosenberg, 2002). As a result, quality assurance activities substantially reduce the rate of products that do not qualify for shipment and, at the same time, reduce the costs of guaranteeing quality in most cases .SQA governs the procedure to build the preferred quality into the
8.2 VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION FOR ACCEPTANCE Verification and validation testing are two important tests which are carried out on a software before it has been handed over to the customer. The aim of both verification and validation is to ensure that the product is made according to the requirements of the client, and does indeed fulfill the intended purpose. While verification is a quality control process, the quality assurance process carried out before the software is ready for release is known as validation testing. Its goal is to validate and be confident about the product or system, and that it fulfills the requirements given by the customer.
One of biggest roadblock that companies have to face is to invest a lot of money on implementing a software system and have employees ignore it and keep trying to do the task in their own way. This the reason why the provider that you choose for implementing your software have to be a natural fit for the organization. If the owners and employees have the same passion and understanding of the product that they would implement the result would be a success (Phillips, 2016).
In this modern world the need for designing and developing an application with good secure features is very high. I have also learned what an error exceptional handling is and why is it important in code review. I have also learned that in developing a software product or in the software development life cycle process, a software product must be teste in earlier stages and very frequently. This recalled my knowledge of secure software development life cycle. One must know the importance of secure software development life cycle.
o 4A: Describe ethical and legal issues related to shared information within an organisation, and the related procedures and conventions for privacy and permission. BYOD • Operating systems-The software that supports a computer's most simple functions, such as scheduling tasks and controlling external systems eg. Printer, mouse. • Application software-Application software is different computer programs designed to allow the user to be able to perform tasks and activities.
Healthcare leaders seeking to change the current system must work to maximize value for patients—that is, increasing access and achieving the best outcomes at the lowest possible costs. This transformation is not a single step but an overarching strategy of quality improvement (QI). Dr. Robert Janet, MD is the Medical Director at Mount Auburn Independent Practice Association, and a leader in the field doing exactly this: challenging current practices in order to improve both the physician-patient relationship and the physician experience through innovation and collaboration. I consider Rob the quality-guru in my life. With his patients, he helps them make changes by altering their outlook; they need to have enough humility and self-awareness
(Dulaney & Eastomm, 2014) - Validating all input is important to prevent fuzzing, which can be described as application crashes due to inappropriate values being entered resulting in a user gaining unauthorized access to the system or its resources (Dulaney & Eastomm, 2014). - Secure coding is the best hardening technique for applications. Following OSWAP and CERT standards when creating applications helps to ensure that programs will be as secure as possible (Dulaney & Eastomm, 2014).
The Oneida core values and the seven spiritual laws of success have some similarities, and some differences. Currently I have applied some of these laws and core values to my life. Some of these laws and core values are Kahletsyalúsla, Kalihwi·yó, of Least Effort, and Detachment. Currently I put one of the core values Kahletsyalusla to use in my daily life by giving encouragement to those I come across, even those whom I may not be exactly on friendship terms with.
Quality product is critical to just-in-time (JIT) purchasing system. Poor product quality from a supplier can disrupt the entire supply chain and result in expensive production. If Bose corporation receives a poor-quality that they need to send back to the supplier, entire Bose’s production processes disrupted. Such occurrences can shut down production line in some cases. Since Bose uses JIT system which minimizes inventory.
Assisting health care organizations with advancing skills, techniques, knowledge and competence of staff and patients by suggesting methods that will improve quality and safety processes. 3. Encouraging and endorsing proactive quality and patient safety methods that will increase responsibility, trust, and knowledge while reducing the impact of fear and blame. Patient safety emerges as a central aim of quality.
Case Study of 3M Name of Student Institutional Affiliation Case Study of 3M Summery To start with, the case study in question, The Six Sigma at 3M, concerns the 3M company, which has joined a program called Six Sigma in order to improve the employees’ quality of work. 1992 is the year of 3M foundation which took place in Minnesota (Hil & Linderman, 2007). In 2000, 3M was differentiated organization with leading market offering a wide range of goods: various sorts of gadgets, healthcare devices, safety and numerous different goods. The organization had operations in 60 nations.

This condition led me towards problem related with shortage of time at the time of submission of the project. On other hand, I also faced some critical issues related with understanding and interpreting the subject and research context. Prior to the project, I used to possess only elementary knowledge of Management Information System and its implication in real life scenario. In
Chapter Two: Literature Review This chapter provides a review of the literature that has studied related topics to the concepts of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Teamwork among healthcare environment. The literature review included a search of multiple databases: Science direct, Pubmed, Google scholar and Wiley online library. The keywords utilized in the search engines were: Total quality management, teamwork, teamwork in healthcare and teamwork improvement. Organizations all over the world have to use different techniques for quality improvement.
Apple, Inc., an American multinational technology company, which founded on April 1, 1976 in California, United States. The company has earned $53 million of income in 2015, which increase $14 million of income compared with 2014 (Apple Inc., 2015). The co-founder, chairman, and chief executive officer (CEO) of the company, Steve Jobs is passed away for the pancreatic cancer (Park, 2011). His leadership and entrepreneurship have successfully developed the company from a small personal computer company to a multinational corporation that selling various types of electronic products and software such as, iPad, iPhone, iOS, and others (Apple Inc., 2016). 1.0 Critical Success Factor
Competitive pricing pressure from a flooded market has forced significant consolidation and has shifted the landscape of the PC market and computer hardware industry. Some group of multinationals companies leads and have managed to maintained double-digit worldwide market share for several years. Specially in the Personal Computer industry, the two computers named as Dell and Hewlett-Packard- dominate the landscape. They have significantly more market share than their closest competitors (Microsoft, IBM, Sony, Fujitsu, Apple) on a global scale (34% of all PC shipments) and they account nearly half of domestic sales. A lot of these new shipments have reflected the demand for "volume servers" and enterprise servers, often a lower-end
