The Body’s Biggest Issue: Smoking
Why are people all over the Earth choosing to smoke? The nicotine inside of a cigarette is causing people’s brains to be addicted to cigarettes. Smoking is causing humans die early in life, and not only that, but it is affecting other people in the world who do not smoke. Smoke is all over Earth. Smoke comes out of buildings when there is a fire tearing the building down, or when fire is being used to cook food. People should not be inhaling smoke, since it is the same thing that can destroy a building. Scientists are currently finding ways for people to quit smoking, but it is a struggle, which is why the need to inform people of how bad smoking is needs to be enforced more and more every day. Smoking is a huge global problem because of the damage it is doing to the inside of the body, and people’s health rates are going down yearly, so this worldwide problem needs to be stopped.

The government has to crack down on smoking laws, so smoking eventually comes to a stop. One way to quit smoking that many people suggest is to use nicotine gum, which is chewed just like normal gum, and it has “a quick response to control sudden cravings” (Huddy 32). Many ex-smokers also recommend nicotine patches, which are worn all day, and helps morning cravings to smoke extremely well. Bupropion SR is another medication known well to keep people from smoking. It reduces people’s interest in cigarettes, and stops the temptation to start smoking again. Medications, gum, and patches have been scientifically proven to be the best way to get people to stop smoking, as it is clearly affecting the world. Restaurants, planes, buses, stores, airports and hospitals are all cracking down on the no smoking rule to help decrease the chances of secondary smoking as well. Solutions are being created worldwide daily, because of how awful smoking
