So, Smoking kills 480,000 people a year in the US alone. Funny, I wouldn 't want on my record, "death my paper with "plants" rolled in it?! So as for me stating this opinion of my own, smoking not hurts you but the environment. Not only that can completely rewire your brain to make think it is "good" for you. Initially, tobacco is a worldwide problem that needs to stop.
Well, simply because it KILLS. People don’t understand the side effects of smoking. Smoking leads to a huge amount of diseases. Smoking leads to; Cancer, Brain Damage, High blood pressure, gum disease etc. So there’s obviously a huge health risk by just smoking right?
Over 10 people die from smoking every minute. Some people think it 's okay to smoke, they also think I doesn’t hurt them. But smoking is one of the main deaths in the U.S. Even though people know that smoking is not good for your health. There are so many people that die from smoking, the stuff inside cigarettes are the things that get you addicted and kills you, and it affects you body in so many ways.
First tobacco affects appearance, a smoker has a bad skin he will look old at a younger age. Comparing the appearance of a smoker and a non-smoker we can see the yellow fingers of a smoker, discolored teeth, constant bad breath and some people are disgusted by a smokers smell, so smoking push people away. Second, and the most important thing in life is health, no one can live with a weak immunity or feeling sick all the time. People always try to avoid everything unhealthy so smoking can be the stupidest thing to do; it’s like killing your health gradually. According to Scientists, tobacco increases risk of cancer, it damages the entire cardiovascular system; Smokers have a higher risk of respiratory infections, colds, and flu.
Tobacco is very addictive but it is never too late for smokers to become a non-smoker. It’s never too late to quit, you almost immediately improve your health when you stop. Smoking is psychological. At first, putting a cigarette on your finger and puff a little can become a habit forming routine. If done every day, the moment you have a free time, your body starts to look for something to put on your fingers and puff.
