Deafness is very common in our Environment . Everyone's hearing gets worst as he\she grows up since the ear hair cells get damage and this may cause deafness. However, now day's, different solutions are found to cure deaf people and help them in hearing again and to change their way of life .But with the development of technology, many effective solutions are now present around us.

There are many factors that cause deafness and ear damage. The ear may be damaged by being exposed to very loud sounds (high volume on the mp3 player or work) that can damage the tympanic membrane, or fluid in the middle ear from colds. The hearing aid can (Enhanced Directional Perception) .If a person hear in only one ear it's hard to figure out from which direction the sound is coming from the hearing aid can balance out the sound frequencies in both ears by wearing the hearing aid. In addition the hearing aid can (Improved Conversational Comprehension).if a person hear only in one ear it is hard to distinguish between some letters for example "S" and " TH" with the hearing aid this person will be able to distinguish between words easily. The input infrared hearing system is by the microphone which produce electrical signals that contain the audio information then the signals are transmitted to the modulator that prepares the audio signals for infrared transmission after that the electrical signals that are produced from the microphone are transmitted the infrared radiator that produce the infrared light and radiate it into all the infrared listening receivers in the room.most of the times the infrared hearing system is used in theaters . The infrared hearing system can cover large rooms and areas and the infrared systems use light for signs transition and the signal that are strong in closed rooms (transmit sound easily ) . In addition the infrared hearing system are straightforward to install.On the other hand the infrared hearing system are not practical for outdoor areas because of sunlight and there may be loss of signal in areas that don't have a direct line of sight.
