In the story “everybodyEverybody´s somebody’s Somebody’s babyBaby” by Barbara Kingsolver, Kingsolver uses the United States to show us that in many places people do not care about children, and yet, they expect them to be great. Kingsolver has a four year year-old daughter, and she tells us how good well they treat her daughter in Spain. Culture has a significant impact on children's development, and adults are children'’s role models. The learning experiences of a child living in a culture where there is no official education system, makes children observe everything that adults do. Nothing has more impact on a child than the behavior of adults. It is more important telling children what they should do
