Professionalism also includes taking up the full responsibility of their own work and keeping to what they have agreed and are committed to. Sony Group did not state in general that it wants its employees to perform their job with professionalism. Instead, it has many points which are part of professionalism such as not allowing any form of bribery and keeping recorded documents accurate and genuine. With such a Code, it is possible for employees to exploit the loopholes of the Code by performing actions that are not deemed to be professional in the other Codes, but yet it is not mentioned in Sony Group Code of Conduct in any way. This may be a possible risk to Sony Group as with employees behaving that way, the company may be represented in an unprofessional way to those who have come into contact with such employees.
Conflict of Interests
Both Sony Group and ACM have acknowledged the fact that their respective employees and members would face conflicts of interests

Review of Literature Unethical behavior can tarnish a company’s image and reputation. If a company is unethical, they may have to spend additional money to improve their public image, as well as gain back as many customers as possible. The reason I have chosen to use articles that are quite a few years old and that are not so recent is because I feel that they are very good examples of what I am trying to prove in the terms of ethical behaviour within companies and these specific articles relate well to my chosen topic.
