English Speaking is a compulsory course in any university in Indonesia offering English program as a major. Those universities may have different classes and focuses on the speaking courses but they share the same idea that speaking courses are necessary for the students. It is because of the fact that in daily interaction most activities are accomplished through speaking. Besides, speaking skill shows one’s English proficiency in a more tangible way. Furthermore, good speaking skill establishes good first impression to the listeners and interlocutors at any speaking- demanded situation of non-native speakers.
Good speaking fluency makes one’s English proficiency much better and sounds slicker, more natural, and more impressive for the listeners.

Fluency disorder is a kind of disfluency category that is mainly related to the weakness or problem of speaker’s physical condition related to speech production. In Jack Rosenthal’s article, "So Here 's What 's Happening to Language" he discusses how through spoken language ,written language becomes more informal. Through this informalization many words that were considered vulgar, dirty, or offensive become denatured. Rosenthal then goes on to use the word “ Screw” as an example(Walters, p.128). Three more words that have become denatured are ‘Bastard’, ‘Damn’ and ‘Nigger’.
Therefore, there is a need to utilize a more comprehensive approach in stuttering treatment, including both traditional aspects such as fluency shaping, in addition to cognitive restructuring approaches. One cognitive restructuring approach is cognitive behavioral therapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a psychological and anxiety reducing treatment approach, which mainly centers on coaching the individual who stutters to monitor his or her speech in addition to viewing their stutter as a component of their speech rather than their identity. (Blomgren, 2010). The main components of CBT include “exposure, cognitive restructuring, behavioral experiments, and attentional training” (Menzies, O’Brian, Onslow, & Packman, 2009, p. 189).

This research looks at learning disabilities and views it in four ways. The two categories of types of learning disabilities. Firstly, the four stages of information processing used in learning which are input, integration, storage, and output. Secondly, the deficits areas of information processing which are Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and Dyscalculia. Thirdly, the causes of learning disabilities that are differences in brain structure, alcohol or drug use, lead in water or paint, and dementia or a traumatic brain injury.
Dyslexia, as defined by the Yale Center for Dyslexia and Creativity (2017) is “due to a difficulty in a phonological processing which affects the ability of an individual to speak, read, spell and write.” It is often seen that students with Dyslexia typically do not read fluently. They tend to peruse at a slower pace and perusing for these students requires extreme exertion. Students who have Dyslexia struggle with memorizing, spelling, and understanding material. A student with Dyslexia may have trouble with decoding the order of letters, trouble with spelling and writing along with difficulty in listening and reading comprehension.

Fluency can be defined as an individual’s ability to read written text at an appropriate rate, with accuracy, and with expression. Fluent readers accurately read written text quickly and effortlessly. A readers ability to read quickly, effortlessly, and accurately is referred to as automaticity. A less fluent reader struggles with automaticity.
Dyslexia is a language-based learning disability. In itself, dyslexia is a cluster of symptoms, either basic or severe. People think dyslexia is all about reading, while in fact, it is reading, writing and pronunciation. According to the International Dyslexia Association (2018), “Students with dyslexia often experience difficulties with both oral and written language skills, such as writing, and pronouncing words” (para. 1). It isn’t always easy for someone to sit down and learn on their own when they have trouble making sense of words when the letters can jump off the page or flip around.
