From a UN speech, Watson (2014) mentioned that she was called “bossy” when she was eight because of wanting to direct a drama for parents just like the boys did. The actions and natures of people are fixed through the sex. Gender equality is happening around us everyday. We are affecting by the gender stereotype which have already caused inequality in our daily lift. Although men will assume that it is a problem for women only, it is related issue to men. From the World Bank Data (2016), approximate 50.4% of world population is male. We need to change the gender equality with the support of men. Gender equality is a problem linked to all of us. We can make up our mind to support gender equality by personally trying to forget the traditional prejudice of sex or show your support via some kinds of organizations such as Equality Now for fighting the rights of all people. It is the moment to be free from the gender inequality. It is not difficult and time-consuming to carry out the support through Equality Now. Ending the gender inequality can generate a sustainable growth to all people. On the other hand, it may take 10 years, 20 years or even never to accomplish the goal if we do nothing. The effectiveness of one person seems small. Nonetheless, when we are united, things that seem impossible can be changed.
