A very simple way to spread more happiness in your own little world is through kindness. It’s often an easy and quick thing you can do as you move through your daily life.
But we sometimes forget about it. Or don’t remember how it can help us all.
Three things that I like to keep in mind and that help me to try to be a kinder person are these:
I get what I give. Yep, some people will be ungrateful, miserable and not reciprocating no matter what you may do. But most people will over time treat you as you treat them.

1. Express your gratitude.
Think about what you can be grateful for about someone in your life. Maybe that he is a good listener, that he often is quick to help out or that he always adds great songs to a Spotify playlist. Or simply that he held up the door for you.
Then express that gratitude in a simple “thank you!” or in a sincere sentence or two.

When you feel the urge to judge ask yourself: what is one kind thing I can think or do in this situation instead?
3. Replace the unconstructive criticism.
Try encouragement instead of excessive criticism. It helps people to both raise their self-esteem and to do a better job.
And it will make things more fun and more light-hearted in the long run.
4. Put yourself in the other person’s shoes.
It is quite easy to resort to unkindness when you see things just from your perspective. Two questions that help me to see and to better understand other viewpoints

Even the littlest things can show kindness. From pulling over on the side of the road or helping a classmate to raising 40million dollars, kindness is everywhere. Showing kindness is possible by anyone, it’s just being generous without wanting anything in return. Not to be confused with being a doormat or being someone who is easily used to anyone's expense.
It provides leadership skills, social skills, and helps build teamwork. You share your dreams and your goals and help each other achieve them and then you’re there for each other on bad days and you take care of each
3. View the harsh criticism as a learning opportunity. There is perspective you may not have considered that could help
The author’s message about kindness vs. bullying, been kindness to other people, they would respect you back. But, bullying to others does not work out with others because you don’t respect others and they would not respect you back. The thematic idea of kindness vs. bullying is shown in the novel Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli when Leo, Stargirl, and others show us the importance of been kindness and bullying through Stargirl’s act of kindness and Leo and others been rude behind Stargirl’s back. Stargirl’s act of kindness impacted Leo and the whole school proves the theme with kindness vs. bullying because she wanted to be an outsider.
It allows us to receive corrections, feedback, and affirmation appropriately and to develop and exercise our abilities unencumbered by arrogance or self-deprecation.” (Entwistle, 2015). According to Entwistle, the
According to Saunders, when you get old, you also get tired of being selfish, and hateful. You are then consumed by kindness and love. Although it sounds easy, Saunders says it is hard. It 's easy to be kind to people you like, to innocent objects. But it is a difficult challenge to be kind, to others that you might not like or vice versa.
Surprisingly, some treated the acts of kindness as jokes. Everyday I ride the bus with one of my friends named Andres. During the acts of kindness I decided to be more serious with him and give him real advice rather than tease or fool around. We were talking about his relationship with his girlfriend, and I suggested that he could make it last

In today’s time with people coming and going, remembering and forgetting everything, kindness is deemed to be one of the remembered and forgotten characteristics of the world and Christians.
