Stress is part of the job, more or so, of life. There is no denying that the world we are living in now is filled with stress. People are stuck inside vehicles for hours because of the terrible traffic, the streets are becoming more and more perilous as blood continues to shed in the non-ending war on drugs, jobs demand workers too much of their time and effort, the police does not keep the nation feel safe anymore, and these are just some of the everyday stress the Filipino people are encountering. When people hear the word “stress” most of us think it’s bad for the health. Adults, especially those who go to work feels like stress can be eased by taking in multivitamin medication helps the body defend occasional body stress. College students who seemed to be having difficulties in managing their time believe that cramming is the best solution out of many possible ways to produce a creative work. Some who are actually offered mental assistance in order to help them understand the situation often take this help as a negative approach as they automatically think that only crazy people needs a schedule with a psychiatrist. What they do not know is that the more they deny that they are undergoing stress, the more they are asking for the consequences of abusing their body. The worse that could ever happen with stress and the human body is that it could force the body to break and give out diseases.
