In our world there are so many sources and things from where we can get an energy: fitness, fruits and vegetables, good dream, drugs, energy drinks and pills, and many others. I want to outline energy drinks as one of the popular, legal, and easy to use the method to get a quick but at the same time harmful energy. Energy drinks contain incredibly big amount of sugar and caffeine which makes our heart and brain work faster. It sounds like we are super active just after one can of a drink and it is great for us but in reality, which we do not see, we are killing our heart and organism in general.
