Fast Food is not only attracting the young minds but for all age group, no matter what’s your age fast food had somewhere and somehow reached you. Their main weapon to attract people is to provide quick service which means all you need to do is place an order then you will see that your order is available on demand and in very less time and will always be available for you anytime you visit the stores or outlets. They produce food in bulk quantity to meet the requirements of every customer and here comes the challenge to keep the food hot and fresh. F&B companies has transformed urban food culture that we use to follow in India to some extent. Previously in Indian culture, we use to sit at home and eat traditional food such as dal and roti along with our family members, but now the scenario has totally changed from what it used to be, not because of growth of the nuclear families in huge numbers but because of the fast food we purchase from the market come along the service and even now it fast food cost less than traditional meals and the kind of ambience we get from the F&B providers.

Bias of Fast Food Chains “Fast food is popular because it's convenient, it's cheap, and it tastes good. But the real cost of eating fast food never appears on the menu.” (Schlosser). Many people favors several popular Fast food restaurants in a way that impacts others’ opinions about that specific restaurant. The bias of many media outlets mainly affects people negatively since the unawareness of credible information shapes peoples’ knowledge and opinion of fast food.
