Ingredients
• 1 cup of dried Lilly
• 1 cup of dried shiitake mushrooms
• 150 grams of shrimp (peeled)
• 100 grams of pork tenderloins (sliced into strips)
• 4 teaspoon of Shaoxing wine
• ½ teaspoon of salt
• 4 ½ teaspoon of cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
• 1 deep red tomato (chopped also)
• 2 teaspoon of chopped scallion
• 1/3 teaspoon of minced ginger
• 1 teaspoon of soy sauce (light)
• Salt according to the taste
• 4 serving of noodles
