This shows that she wants what is best for children. Furthermore, readers can comprehend that Montessori wants what’s best for kids because she elaborates that teachers should “be always ready to share in both the joys and the difficulties which the child experiences.” Montessori explains that adults should be always ready to share in a child’s experiences. This implies that adults need to be patient with children, but always be ready to help them when needed and rejoice with them when they succeed. She also explains that teachers should always be “ready.” This display’s that a teacher should always be there to help each child and that a child should be able to approach her with any need that he has without feeling a resistance to her.

English essayist Chesterton wrote, “Education is simply the soul of a society as it passes from one generation to another” ( Guillaume, 2016, p.29). As teachers we are the building blocks for our students education. In my Art class I try to expose my students to many things and try to show them that with a good education and hard work they can accomplish and do anything that they put their mind too. Even as a teacher, I learn from my students everyday.
This sentiment is important because it shows that he cares about the entirety of a children 's’ lives, and that he wants their lives to go as smoothly as possible. Powell also uses his resources as a general to help children get better schooling, which is expressed when he shares “I 'm working with all the energy I have to sort of communicate this message that we need preschool, we need Head Start, we need prenatal care.” This shows that Powell believes that there should be more options for children before they go into school. India has been making experiments in the field of education since it got freedom in 1947 to draw the best out of its classrooms. After a very long debate and discussion a sea change was targeted in the assessment in school education and Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) was introduced in 2010. It was urged and hoped that it would shift the focus of education from need of learning to love for learning; (NCERT, 2000) it would reduce anxiety and stress of the learners; it would assess the learners holistically and it would enhance the level of learning performance due to timely diagnosis and appropriate remedial intervention.
Teachers have the most demanding and significant job on the planet: to equip the next generation with the information and lessons they need to lead our world into future success. It is foolish to believe that all students will be able to retain and apply everything they learn in the classroom. By using the world we live in to teach lessons through application, we solve this problem. These types of “lessons” are taught to any age group and are most commonly referred to as field trips. While age determines the depth of the curriculum, field trips benefit students of all ages.
