Importance of workouts
If you want to add years to your life or life to your years then regular physical activity or exercise is the answer. It is a requirement that you do at least 150 minutes of moderate physical activity each week that is 30 minutes for at least 5 days a week.
In your struggle to achieve and maintain perfect health, a mixture of healthy eating and regular exercise are always the most recommended. The thing about physical activity is that it helps the body’s systems to function better. If exercise and regular physical activity are of much benefit to the body, the sedentary lifestyle accomplishes the exact opposite.

This is because when you engage yourself in any kind of physical activity it helps in burning calories. The more regular you make your physical activity to be, the more calories you are able to burn. If you can’t handle intense workout you are required to get more active throughout the day by doing simple things such as taking stairs instead of the elevator or even playing with your kids.

Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals to be released that help in stimulating you, leaving you feeling happy and relaxed.
