Did you ever try this unique mouth-watering variety of bhel with Maggi? A boon to people who often break their heads as to what to make as an after school snack for children who come home rather hungry and tired. Maggi bhel is a blend of spices and masalas and are always eaten with awe, relished by everyone. Take a pan and add one cup of water. 2. Once water comes to boil, add carrots and green peas. 3. Break Maggi Noodles into small pieces and add to the pan. 4. Add a pinch of salt and the tastemaker provided in the packet. Mix it well and Cook it for a minute. 5. Add the cheese slice and mix well. 6. Turn off the heat. 7. Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl and allow it to cool completely. 8. Once the mixture cools, add spring onions, green chillies and a little sat and mix well. Keep it aside. 9. Take the bread slices and trim the edges with a knife. 10. Roll the bread as thin bread. 11. Place the prepared stuffings in the middle of the bread. 12. Apply the maida paste around the edges of the bread. 13. Fold it to make it as a roll and press the edges 8. Add onions, potatoes, little salt and turmeric powder. Cover it with a lid. 3. After 1 minute, add rest of the veggies and spices and cook till all the veggies are done. 4. Take poha in a container. Wash and rinse poha. 5. Transfer poha to the cooked mixture. Mix it well. 6. Garnish with peanuts. 7. Serve
