Stress management is all about taking and having control over your lifestyle, thoughts emotions, and the way you deal with problems. Stress will come as responsibilities in our life become more demanding but the foundation of managing stress is to simply realize that you are in control of your life. Your entire well-being is at risk when you are living with high levels of stress, effecting your body and mind in ways that can make you feel and look as if you are ill, in some cases stress can cause death. It is important to have effective stress management to help you have a happier, healthier and more productive life and there are steps that you can take to keep or regain control of your stress load. There are many ways to manage your stress starting with identifying the sources of stress in your life and what changes you can make. If a big project and deadline is one of your triggers then you should start on it early and lay out a plan to work on daily so that there is not so much to do at the last minute, do not procrastinate. Exercise can be a wonderful way to help you manage your ability to handle the stresses in your life that you cannot change becoming a sleeping aid and antidepressant as well. There have been many influences that have affected my life, though there are four main influences that have primarily affected my life in different ways. My main influences are my family, the environment, science, and technology. These have affected my past, present, and future.
Optimism is hopefulness for the future, and, like me, most people get their optimism from their roots, or how they were brought up as a child. My parents would always remind me from a young age that being pessimistic will not help you achieve your goal, so you might as well be optimistic and try. They have always taught me from a young age, and never denied or doubted, that with optimism comes opportunity, and that optimism is, in fact, the key to success. Over the years, I’ve learned that the more optimistic you are, the more creative you can be. With optimistic attitude, one can generate new ideas and create possibilities to move forward faster and more efficiently than at normal times, due to an open mind.
