Yes, when people gather together to support a common team i.e a national event it automatically merges people together and it separates themselves with that specific moment of unity with their daily differences they face. It is the responsibility of the governing bodies of the various sports to ensure that fair play and adherence to the rules has been obeyed and without these tests either random or planned it leaves doubts in the minds of the supporters and fellow athletes as to the validity of the achievements obtained. 2.2 – Yes. The school’s responsibility is to educate young children to become people of substance and integrity and if they have no tests and punishments for cheaters, how will the students ever learn, as well as making use of drugs a very negative action due to children’s brain development as well as the school looking out for the student’s best interest. However, on being exposed as a fraud and a cheat due to illegal blood doping where he took “fit” blood out of his body and then put it back in his body through transfusion at the opportune moments as well as taking drugs in a disguised manner never expecting to be caught however when his ex-team mate Floyd Landis exposed him and his manager all hell broke loose and led to his deceit and his good name has been tarnished forever. The compassion and love turned to disrespect and hate which I believe will be the everlasting legacy that this once highly rated man will have to live with forever. A trust between him and the fans and friends that unconditionally gave them their hearts had been broken never to be fixed
