For those situations, Verbal communication would be a difficult method to use. Using the verbal method will effectively spread your message to those without hearing difficulties, those with hearing disabilities will find it difficult to understand but, this brings conveniences to those that don’t face communication barriers noticing this requires the skill to balance both methods out , Due to their hearing Abilities they now have a way to understand when they participate in sport coached sessions but, for those that might struggle to do so you can put the Non – verbal methods in action this method consist of you using body language, gestures and facial expressions doing this will allow those that can hear to still understand what verbally has been discussed. ‘’We use many methods of communication as a coach or manager in sport, a very small percentage is verbal. 1. One of the most inspiring things in any athlete’s life is there coach. I know from personal experience. Before each game the players need to see that all coaches have a positive outlook on the game. During the game, no matter what is going on, coaches need to remain calm and level headed. There are always at least three good things and three bad things that will happen to every team during a game, and it is how we react to those things that ultimately determine the outcome of the game. After the game coaches need to either be humble winners or gracious losers. Positive coaching relies on praising the accomplishments of the players and making them feel good about themselves.
