The Problem and its Setting
INTRODUCTION
People have only 24 hours in a day, time is a finite resource that has to be well managed. There is a time for everything, a time to do academic tasks, a time to play and a time to do all things that you have to finish. However, other people thinking that it is hard to apply time management in their life. For examples the athletes who is combining sports and academics everyday. So that students particularly the athletes must have a responsibility to balance their sports and academics. According to Vidmar (2004), “although time is limited, its important to find some downtime between practice and homework so that you refuel before beginning schoolwork”. Descriptive research describes a certain present condition. Relatively, the method is appropriate to this study since it aims to describe the present condition of technical analysis as it is used in the stock market. The technique that was used under descriptive method is the normative survey approach and evaluation, which is commonly used to explore opinions according to respondents that can represent a whole population. The survey is appropriate in this study because it enables the researcher in formulation of generalizations. The direct-data type of survey is a reliable source of first-hand information because the researcher directly interacts with the participants. The questionnaire survey respondents were given ample time to know the Time Management Strategy Use in Balancing Sports and Academics of the Volleyball Players. Based on the results of this study, the researchers ha derived the following conclusion.
A. Most of the varsity players experiencing challenges in their academics because of their sport career. They are always absent, feeling stress, sleepless and pressured in their class.
B. They cope up on the different challenges by using different time management strategy. Most of them are balancing sports and academics by spending enough time on their academics and sports. They are also prioritizing first what will they work on before go to the next tasks.

C. In this research the researchers find out that time management is an effective strategy in balancing sports and academic tasks. Just because of the different responses or answer of the respondents.
