Chapter 4: History The agriculture spray pump is used by very long time ago. Many years ago those pumps are based on hand spraying manpower system.in 1887 the First non manpowered sprayer, horse-drawn traction sprayer come in market. Then in 1900 gasoline engines are come instead of traction sprayers. In 1911 pressure regulator & air chamber are added in agriculture spray pump for smooth & continuous spraying. In 1944 there is attached the water injection system in pump & maked them law pressure & law volume sprayer. Then the battery sprayer pumps are come in market but they are not a popular in market because they are costly, it have small water tank because of battery …show more content…

It is starting to work when the pressure of air is added in the cylinder by air pump. we can also use the compressor to fill the air in the cylinder. the pressure gauge is attached with the cylinder to check the pressure creates in the cylinder & safety valve to remove un necessary air from the cylinder. The cylinder has already four quotas to fit the equipments which is threaded pipes in right up side quota the pressure gauge is fitted. The air valve is fitted on left up side. In the bottom right side the pipe is fitted which is use to fill the water in the cylinder. In the bottom left side the ball valve which is connected to the spray nozzle is attached. The safety valve is top of the cylinder.
