Solving these challenges requires staffing scholars to expand their focus from individual-level recruitment and selection research to multilevel research demonstrating the business unit/organizational− level impact of staffing. As the staffing is a process of attracting, selecting, and retaining competent individuals to achieve organizational goals. In this report I had brought forward why staffing is required for the smooth functioning of management. I have also looked upon the various problems that are faced by the management while recruiting their employees. The surveys conducted on IT skills staffing shows that the problem associated with how the IT staff responds to the dynamic nature of technology. In this journal we evaluate how the IT staffs should responds towards the fast changing and dynamic nature of the technological environment. As towards environment is composed of a competitive environment and we have to evaluate whether the recruited IT staff are competent enough to the modern environment as the technology has been changing in every year rapidly.
