The water chamber acts as the lower binder surface that hold the blank and the chamber to provide counter hydraulic pressure to the water. The punch combination attached to a side and a separate hydraulic cylinders are provided to the blank holder. The force of the blank holder is controlled by the hydraulic circuit and system, which is programmable logic control. The pressure is monitored by the programmable logic control.
