The first main key stakeholder of the Travel agency is the Government: the government will have high power but low interest in the business. The government has power because the government agents must give consent to grant certain license and approved any alien airlines arriving and departing their country. In addition, the government ensures that agency pays their taxes when its due otherwise the agency will have faced with fines eroding their revenue. The second main stakeholder is Suppliers: they have high interest but low power. They don’t have the power to affect the change, but they interest lies in knowing that they will be supplying the agency no matter the change because if suppliers are no longer required this means that the change will affect they cash flow negatively The third main stakeholder is employee: They have high power but low interest. Employees are the most valuable assets of a business. Without them who will be able to carry out the change process thus resulting in high power employees. However, in Amral’s Travel, the employees have low power and low interest as they accept the change without knowing the risk associated with change because they opinions are not valued, and they are easily influenced to change from one project to another with minimal engagement
