Motivating employees is a managerial technique that have been applied by many companies in order to improve employee productivity which in turn will lead to achieve their organizational goals in a more efficient and effective way. The literature and the case study will try to show by using a qualitative research and with a small interview with the branch manager of Starbucks kaslik, what are the techniques used to motivate employees and in the other hand the importance of teamwork and the strategies to keep a well relationship between manager and employees.

Starbucks define that the employees are the most important asset so showing them a respect and well environment will lead Starbucks to achieve well quality service to customers and an increase in profit.
On the other hand, team work by its definition as a process of working collaboratively with a group of people in order to achieve a goal ,should have a mix of skills ,knowledge and account of mission, Which help members to share ideas and skills and insure acquaintance between them. This various work ship will lead to make the goal with great success but we don’t have to forget the essential characteristics such as Robbins (2001) stated that the factors influencing teamwork are relationship of leadership, principles, roles, status, size, composition and the power of agglomerate.
