Motivating employees is a managerial technique that have been applied by many companies in order to improve employee productivity which in turn will lead to achieve their organizational goals in a more efficient and effective way. The literature and the case study will try to show by using a qualitative research and with a small interview with the branch manager of Starbucks kaslik, what are the techniques used to motivate employees and in the other hand the importance of teamwork and the strategies to keep a well relationship between manager and employees.

With this being our first college team assignment, we were all treading on unfamiliar territory.
