I have never particularly enjoyed personal philosophy papers as I feel my philosophy is always changing based on what I have learned and new things that I experience. To begin this paper writing process I made an outline with bullet point of things I believed in when it came to education. I gather all my thoughts and gathers scholarly articles prior to beginning as well as throughout my writing process. After review my thoughts and my research I began putting together my educational philosophy and comparing it to other theories and philosophies that we learned about throughout this course. As I wrote my paper it became easier to put my thoughts onto the page. I sent a significant amount of time writing and researching for this paper. I also

Many people come across roadblocks through their journey of life. I know I've had my fair share of them. The biggest bump in my academic life was changing it completely upside down. Growing up african American or with any skin that holds the slightest of pigment is not easy, but that's obvious due to our nation's past. Racism and stereotypeing has always been there.
Learning these citations helped me to meet the standard in WRGT 101. The other important resource was a video lesson which helped me to improve my writing strategy. Arlington Public Library is very supportive for correcting my paper. I appreciate the efforts made by the tutor of Arlington Public Library and helped me to develop essential writing skills. • what is your reaction to this quote? To me this quotation means we can express our ideas and find an effective approach to help children to learn more things. “Articulating the teacher and learning process is congruent with being able to explain your programming process” (Dietze and Kashin, 2016. P. 230).
As a pre-medicine student, taking the course: Poverty, Soc Just & Global Health (ASB 410) effected my personal philosophy, my long-term goals, my understanding of how I am privileged, and lastly, possible doubts of my personal philosophy. Prior to being in this course, my personal philosophy mainly consisted of leaving a positive mark on society. Now, my approach to doing this was through medicine. The idea was that I cannot change the world all at once, but rather, with the interactions I have with patients, I can change people’s lives one at a time. This personal philosophy stems from a personal experience.
The last time I wrote an academic paper was for my GED test. On this paper I don’t know what I did best all I know is that I passed the test. I learned that if I keep practicing writing I can do it. Writing takes time and commitment just like college does. You have to follow the steps when writing and try not to throw something down on paper because you can get off topic without realizing it.
The thesis statement on this study was so motivate and encouraging. The graphic novels in education has Increases. I do like the outcomes that the graphic novel brought an opportunities to the student to engage in practicing of medial literacy, using and analyses novels. I am supporting you with my opinion that the graphic was engaged in social media, which allow the student to visualized and interpret what there are reading in sophisticated ways. However, in order to understand graphic reading very well, student has to apply the method of critical thinking, because the graphic novel is not like an ordinary reading or comprehension.
I choose three articles that were closely related to my thesis statement. Actually finding these articles were a little more difficult than I first assumed. The first article, titled “Twelve-month outcomes of a randomized trial of the positive thoughts and action program for depression among early adolescents” discusses a randomized clinical trial that surveyed 120 children (ages 11-14) taken from a school community who had high depressive symptoms. The youths had their depressive symptoms taken at baseline, post-intervention, and 6 months to a year into the follow-up phase. This trial resulted in the verification that there is a long-term benefit of PTA, which is a preventive intervention in which youths participate in setting goals and practice
Teaching Philosophy Statement My teaching philosophy has developed through many years of teaching experience. I believe all students can learn and show growth, even students with special needs. I teach in a classroom designated for slow learners, many of which have cognitive impairments. My students may not learn in the same way as others or as much as other students, but they can learn and should be given that opportunity.
Tomekia M. Simeon Teaching Philosophy Statement My strongest quality as a computational researcher and teacher is my passion for chemistry, which I believe is contagious in my teaching. My primary goal as a teacher is to use this enthusiasm to prepare students to be informed citizens with the ability to think critically and communicate effectively in a world fueled by innovations in science and technology. And it is my responsibility to challenge and support my students, by having a two-fold approach to teaching (1) to ensure students are learning chemical concepts and (2) to assist in developing their self-efficacy and confidence in cultivating a chemical problem-solving mindset that is beneficial to all disciplines.
Throughout the semester, there has been philosophers who have really spoke to me with my own personal philosophy. The epidemic of ADHD has increased drastically throughout the years in young children. Children are becoming more and more medicated and becoming zombie-like students. I believe that the education system in today’s society has drastically impacted children and the overmedicated epidemic of ADHD. Three philosophers who would have a field day with this issue would be Maria Montessori, John Dewey, and Alfred North Whitehead.
