Naturally she had powers that were on and off and was very horrific and disturbing any it would trigger. Innocent Carrie who taught it was an opportunity for her to socialize and make friends has to be remembered with the first day she had her menses by her school mates who were banished from the prom. Carrie out of anger acted badly and ended a lot of lives due to pain and agony.
