Bill Gates and Steve Jobs are known as the revolutionary personalities in the world of personal computer. Initially both of them were dropped out from their respective universities. Gates and Jobs had an understanding for the programming and they have contributed a lot to communication world.
As reported in the Times Magazine on 5 February 1996 “One day Apple was a major technology company with assets to make any self-respecting techno-conglomerate salivate. The next day Apple was a chaotic mess without a strategic vision and certainly no future.”

Bill gates and Steve Jobs are somehow in contrast with their leadership styles.
Visionary leaders:
Gates always had a vision and it was his vision that became the inspiration for him and he thought of creating the world’s leading software Gates vision was that every individual should have a computer and every computer should have MICROSOFT in it.
Unlike Gates the vision of Jobs was to create a gadget that would be cheaper in price and people could use it easily. His vision was everyone should have a personal computer.

Relation with co-workers:
Bill gates is known as the demanding leader. He always encouraged his team and co-workers for making new innovations and Gates admired their creativity.
