Of course you can take your strength training program and perform it at home. There are many pros and cons to strength train at home instead of at a gym. First, then there is your home gym is always close at hand and you never crowded on the weights. In the long run it will be cheaper and more time efficient when you can practice at home when they suit you and you do not have to go to the gym, check in, change clothes, etc., but you can immediately focus on training.
