SWOT Analysis SWOT analysis is a business concept used to analyze a case study. SWOT is divided into internal and external environmental of an organization. SWOT consists of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. In this essay I will define each of components of SWOT and supporting by examples. ' ' For example, now a day there are seven thousand MBA colleges and universities offer a program as a part of their curriculum, holds great opportunities to seek higher education from MBA degree for the educational institutions, business knowledge- leadership ability and networking give the benefits for any colleges and universities, MBA graduates give a higher position for business and management, it give a chance for huge paying to get an MBA degree, finally, MBA candidates can expect to earn at least 50% more than that they earned at least this degree. Secondly, ' 'the weaknesses are the required competences, capabilities and qualities that a company lack (does not have). They are the negative of the company. ' ' For example, 'it involves no promise to follow professional standards '. Also, 'there is also no commitment to taking shorter follow up- courses as part of the professional 's continuing education.
