When completing the self-assessment I discovered that my three areas of strength were demonstrating a willingness to understand the perspectives of others through verbal and non-verbal communication. Second, identifying and working towards personal goals. Lastly, demonstrating awareness of behavior and adjusting accordingly in response to changing situations. In this course I discovered to better understand the beliefs of others and understand how what you do can impact others. Self-awareness is a huge part of it is having a clear perception of your personality, including strengths, weaknesses, thoughts, beliefs, motivation, and emotions. Self-Awareness allows you to understand other people, how they perceive you, your attitude and your responses to them in the moment.
