RECOMMENDATION
4.0 Introduction
In this chapter, it will focus on the organization itself. By using SWOT analysis, the entire organization will be analysing in terms of strength and weaknesses of jobs or tasks assigned during practical training. From that, the solutions for the improvement will be done as a comment, hope, improvement or any that relates to it in order to help as an input which probably can use by the organization.

4.1 Strengths
4.1.1 Good Leadership
Leadership is about influencing, motivating and enabling others to contribute toward the effectiveness and success of the organizations. All the leaders must show their ability to influence others. One of the characteristics is the leader or employer must arrange the work description so that employees can achieve organizational objectives more easily their employees. Through my observation, I can see the ability of a good leader that had been showed by Puan Lydia Eznie binti Hamzah toward her staff. She was my supervisor. She is very supportive and participative leader. She is an easy going leader that makes her staff feels comfortable. She usually motivates her staff to success in their duties. If anything happen, the staff would not feel afraid and just tell her. She was very helpful whenever needed and was able to give opinion regarding the problem arised. She also showed her participative style as she encouraged the employees involvement in decision making. New idea or opinion can be used if
