Outsourcing is a noun to the verb ‘outsource’. According to the Oxford Dictionary, the word outsource, simply defines as to “obtain (goods or service) by contract from an outside supplier”. Outsourcing was coil around the 1980s. Outsourcing is quite common in the business world. Outsourcing involves the action of a signing an agreement between firms. It is a legal arrangement of a work or task and an assignment duty of a particular work or service to a vendor. The loaning of a worker or an asset could also be seen as a form of outsourcing. This however does not occur regularly. Outsourcing is the action when public services are provided access to business corporations. Outsourcing could be in the form of legal agreement domestically and international as well. It sometimes involves off shoring. Off shoring here is regarded as reallocation of business to a potential country. Outsourcing could be simply inspected via a SWOT matrix or SWOT analysis. Here, the comprehension of outsourcing is done by looking towards the strength, opportunity, threat and weakness element. Strength is the trait possessed that advantages a business. Weakness is the trait possessed that disadvantages a business. Opportunity is a trait that grants exploitation, advantage leading. Threat is a trait that causes trouble in a business.
