The case study design is a method of studying a phenomenon intensively over time within its natural setting. It utilises several methods of data collection, such as observations, interviews, and secondary data. The case study design employs and infers about the phenomenon of interest. It can also be employed in a positivist manner for the testing of theory testing or in an interpretive manner for building new theories (Bhattacherjee, 2012).
Case study designs have several unique strengths over other research methods such as experimental and survey research. Firstly, the case study design be used for either theory building or to test theories, while other methods can be used for theory testing only. In interpretive case research, the constructs

During this period, the difference between individuals with and without intellectual disability becomes more apparent. The impacts of the intellectual disability on development depend on severity of the disability. For example, children with a mild intellectual disability may still acquire self-care skills, but only at a slower rate. However, with the proper support system, they have the potential to live normal and independent lives. People with more severe intellectual disability, on the other hand, will significantly need more support with activities, such as eating, bathing, and dressing. There are six main areas of development that affect the ability to conduct normal daily activities: cognitive, communication, physical, sensory, social and emotional development. Each person’s development is distinct and results in different patterns of skills (Patton, et al.,

In the United States, about one in six children between the ages of three and seventeen have one or more developmental disabilities. With such a high rate one must wonder what causes these problems to happen to so many children. The point of this paper is to show how things children go through at home affect the way they develop. From looking at where a child lives, their parents, and whether they have experienced abuse, it is clear that a child's home life can affect their development in many ways. There are four types of development, physical, cognitive, emotional, and social.
The study will employ a case study research methodology to gain in-depth knowledge on the experience
1.1 Describe the causes and effects of complex disabilities and conditions. Mental health issues ranging from the doubts and uncertainties have become a part of daily routine, towards serious long term situation which can be very complex for managing and having a diversifying impact on the overall live of the people. The usual child health leads to contribute towards overall development (Watson & Le Couteur, 2011). Therefore it is important to take special care of people with complex disability as they turn out to be sensitive enough about the situation and environment they are living in.

In this report I will discuss both the Social and Medical Models, define their pros and cons and give a short reflection on my own opinion of the two models in everyday use today. Both the medical and the social models of disability describe how they see disability and how they feel disabilities and those suffering should be treated. Both models have very different views on the causes of, how disabilities should be taken care of and by whom and both have their strengths and weaknesses when it comes to caring for those with disabilities. Medical Model
Step 1: Children raised below the poverty line are worse with money than children raised above the poverty line. (Use debt to income ratio) Step 2: A child that never has money and whose family struggle, never has the opportunity to learn how to manage money. Step 3: • Adults who grew up above the poverty line as children referred to as (AP) and below the poverty line referred to as (BP). • AP Will have a lower debt to credit ratio in their mid-30’s. • BP will have a higher debt to credit ratio in their mid-30’s.
It also is seen as relevant as the pain, depression, illness suffered is a constant reminder of the disability. this incapacity is manageable if the impairment is made available. “Disability is something imposed on top of our impairments by the way we are unnecessary isolated and excluded from full participation in society. (UPIAS 1975). Impairment merely means that features of an individual’s body do not perform or they do but with difficulty.
An effective teaching case study should contain background information about the issue, analysis of that identified issue, hint to identify problem, exhibit materials to analyse the issues, set of questions to fix the problem and apply various management theories while suggesting optimum decisions to solve the
