Which is the fifth-largest company in the world by revenue, Toyota is the world's largest automotive manufacturer company with a strong work ethic, positive brand name, and positive competitive culture. One of the biggest opportunities big company are able to take advantage of is globalization. Toyota is preparing to take advantage of this opportunity by operating globally guided by corporation culture (Doc C). An easy way to expand their business across the globe is to export cars were every there is a demand for them. When it comes to staying ahead of the game you have to think into the future and update your products to keep up with the latest trends. Toyota has already started preparing for the future with self-driving cars and artificial intelligence (Doc A). If Toyota wants to keep there constant cash flow they have to adapt to the customers needs and trends. Collaboration is key when expanding your business so you can have a bigger variety of products through the different companies you aqualier. Companies like Nissan, Honda, Subaru, and Mazda had their net profit increases which is not good for Toyota because if other companies net profit increase the more people are buying cars from other companies, therefore less people are buying from Toyota(Doc E). Another issue Toyota is having is the price of cars falling in large markets. Like in the U.S. and Asian markets that slowed down drastically due to the lack of demand for automobiles (Doc E). Without the large demand for automobiles from these big markets the net profit of toyota is going to drop. Nations with weak currencies usually have much higher levels of imports compared with their exports, resulting in more supply than demand for such currencies on international foreign exchange markets.
