Millennials are also influenced to get involved with organizations if their friends are also involved in the organization. This is in relation to the team-oriented mindset of millennials; they want to work in a group setting to achieve the goals rather than working alone. Teach for America could encourage donations and volunteerism by focusing on providing group opportunities. For example, Teach for America could hold a contest in which groups compete to obtain the highest amount of donations. This would allow the millennials to partner with their friends, while also encouraging involvement in the organization.
George Washington wanted the best for his country, so he created a Farewell Address before the end of his presidency. This farewell address was written to give advice for the next generations to follow to make sure America continues to be a strong country. George Washington had experience and went through many situations and he did not want the future generations to follow his mistakes and take his advice. He did not want us to fall into the same situations he did and his advice was valid because he has so much experience. One thing that he has experience with is foreign affairs.
With some Americans refusing to stay open minded to the beliefs of the opposite political party, our country will get nowhere. As one of our country’s Founding Fathers, Washington would not approve of this, and demand the next president change this. If George Washington was still alive today, he would be able to give the next president advice to transform our country. Someone with the unbiased mindset toward the two main political parties would be a much needed perspective for the next president.
He says "The legitimate object of government, is to do for a community of people, whatever they need to have done, but can not do, at all, or can not, so well do, for themselves- in their separate, and individual capacities. " Throughout the quote, he is saying that the government isn 't meant to help its citizens maintain peace and establish justice. The reality is, is that the government plays a huge role in making our everyday lives better, which is why we are not at war everyday with another country or settling a feud between states. This furthermore supports Jefferson 's claim that a government is established to ensure peace and protect its citizens rights.
My Vision for America “Vision is the art of seeing what is invisible to others”- Jonathan Swift. Vision is important to have. Everyone has their own views on how America should be, but I think that we could make the world a better place. There are many reasons on how I think that we could improve our country for future generations. Our kids and grandkids are going to live here and we need to make it as great of an experience as we can.

The truth is that there is no "magic combination" of characteristics that makes a leader successful, and different characteristics matter in different circumstances. This doesn 't mean, however, that you can 't learn to be an effective leader. You just need to understand the various approaches to leadership, so that you can use the right approach for your own situation. One way of doing this is to learn about the core leadership theories that provide the backbone of our current understanding of leadership.
As leaders, it is important to communicate our priorities and values so that every Soldier knows what is expected. Reading and absorbing this philosophy will give you a solid ground for what is expected from you and what you can expect from me. Rely on the Army values to help you make good decisions. In particular, remember the following values: • Integrity: Having integrity is, to me, one of the most important Army values. Having integrity means you do what is right even when no one else is around.

We have had many great people say wonderful ideas and have powerful speeches about what America the Great should be; however, we have lacked to take responsibility and courage to become the great.
