In order to explore the function of system and subsystem we need to use a different methods so that we can understand the function of the system in day to day basis. Theoretical Perspective Theoretical perspective is the different perspective of social world, with this theories are generated in order to give an answer to the questions of the social problem. There are three major theoretical perspective: a) the structural functionalist perspective b) the conflict perspective and c) symbolic interactionist perspective. a) The structural functionalist perspective The structural-functionalist perspective is largely based on the works of Herbert Spencer, Emile Durkheim, Talcott Parsons, and Robert Merton. The structural-functionalist perspective use the term “functional” and “dysfunctional” to identify the results of each member when output is shown. Functional refers to the productive contribution to the system and dysfunctional refers to contribution of unstable in the system. In the dysfunctional, in the village there is responsibility for developing the government school, if there school had been well function it can be “functional” and if it is not we can term that as dysfunctional. If we take the Zilla Parishad School which is there in the village which support student of the village till class viii, it can be functional to some extend since it give basic education to the children and the school also have a qualified teachers which guide students in their studies. b) The conflict …show more content…

Taking a education as topic but the main focus will be on the quality of the education. First let’s take the example of the government school in the village, the infrastructure of the school is moderate and accommodating two class in one room and one teacher take sole responsibility in taking care of the students of different class whole day and whole session.. The State government, Sarpanch of the village, School Management Committee and villagers are the responsible for the maintaining of the school and this will help all the children have a quality education in their own village along with free education. Classes of family come to exist, well to do family send their children to private or best school which are there in the nearby area and poor family who earn their livelihood through daily labour send their children to the nearby government high school. But it majority of the villager send their children to Zilla Parishad school, only few cases parents send their child to private high school. Some parents like their child to have a semi Marathi and English medium, so the case I conduct with the family want their children to have an education in both Marathi and English medium. According to the case I conduct: one of the child mother told us that when she send his son to private English school, he only study in English which she does not like and she told us her son must also know how to
