To go in deeper to Scrum Development, it’s important to understand overall picture of SCRUM. Understanding the Basic of Scrum will help developers and management to go further. Understanding the basic content of Scrum also a key factor on the way to understand the overall picture of Scrum Process development. Figure1.1 Basic structure of scrum working

Instead SCRUM is a framework for organizing and managing work. The Scrum framework is based on a set of values, principles, and practices that provide the foundation to which your organization will add its unique implementation of relevant engineering practices and your specific approaches for realizing the Scrum practices. The result will be a version of Scrum that is uniquely yours.
To grasp framework concept, assume that Scrum framework is like the foundations and walls of a building. The scrum principals, values and practices would be the main materials of structure. You cannot change ignore or miss basic components or materials changing a value practices and practice without collapse risk. You can only changes inside structure of Scrum adding some features and some other fixtures.
Scrum is a newly simple, people-centric framework based on the values of respect, focus, courage, focus, honesty, openness, trust collaboration and empowerment.1
At the end of thesis will describe principles in details.
In Fig 1.2 as you can see scrum practices are embodied in specific activities, artifacts and their associates’ rules. There are some scrum values described below. Figure 0.1Scrum over view

Product owner will be responsible for in which order and what product have to develop.
The SCRUM master is responsible for guiding the team following and creating its own process based on the scrum framework border.
1.4.1 Product Owner Product Owner is the person responsible for the definition of what will be the most valuable and possible product made until the desired date. This is done by controlling the work that is incoming to the teams, by selection and specification of the elements of the Product Backlog. Product Owner supports the Product Backlog and ensures that all team members know what it is and what the main priorities are. Product Owner can receive help from other people, but it's always the one person who is the Product Owner. Of course, Product Owner is not the only one who is responsible for everything. All Scrum Team is responsible for
Also, good planning and effective leadership keeps a team of people motivated and intact. Empowering the team to do what they think is right for the project is the plan because this will keep the members motivated and in line. By allowing the team to manage their own decisions, helps on completing tasks based on their knowledge while motivated to do so. Also, the key to resolve any team conflicts and to keep all members intact is an effective team communication. This includes issues and concerns saved for discussions in our daily morning roundup as well as discussions of what the plan is for each
Roles and responsibilities Our team was responsible for the creation of a full job pack that included the job advert, job description, the job application and the person specification. Each one of us had to focus on different parts of the documents in order to create a quality pack of document that would be given to the other team. Each one of us was responsible for their part of the document to do it to a high standard and not leave it as an early draft and make it look as much as the real thing as it would be possible.
Explain theories of how individuals interact in groups in relation to the types of teams that work in health and social care 2.1 A team is a large group of people 6 or more that are required to do a task, project or job with a full set of complementary skills to work together to accomplish the job required. I’m going to explain the Bruce Tuckman theories Tuckman’s theories focus on the way in which a team tackles a task from the initial information of the team through to the completion of the project the Tuckman theory is particularly relevant to team building challenges the first 4 stages are Forming, Storming, Norming and performing Forming is when the team is assembled, and the task is allocated to the team, Team members start

This approach centers on people, communications, the anticipated product and its flexibility. The concept of this approach is similar to that of the traditional management approach: generating plans and requirements, evolving the anticipated product, incorporating it with other products as required then testing it and debugging technical hitches if any is found, then lastly fitting it for use (Rose, 2010). In this approach, as a replacement for focusing on the phases all at once like it is done in the traditional approach, the entire project is fragmented into smaller segments known as scrums after which the scrums are taken as smaller projects and dealt with according to the traditional

You need to create the project scope; how big the project will be and the deadline, budgeting, etc. You need to breakdown to the goals and milestone into task that would be completed. You need to identify constraints that restrict not just the project as a whole but the tasks themselves. You need to think of how many people should work on one task and if one task is related to another. 6.

This can be done by product managers with new product development experience or by cross functional team with members chosen from various departments having the knack of developing new products. Nowadays, companies are following stage process for product
At the same time, as a Scrum Master(SM), a project manager is also responsible for ensuring the team obeys to its processes, ensuring resolution/escalation of inadequate or ill-defined user stories, Product Owner accountability and removing barriers and at the same time, shielding the team from external interference. Different types of project managers will be required by different firms, but some of skills are inborn. When it comes down to it, Leadership [3] assumes to be the most important inherent skill of a project manager. The project manager is highly responsible for the project's success or failure of a project. It may be a burden for him/her, but it is essential for this wisdom of possession to occur in order for the project to have a right direction.
