From an ethnicity viewpoint 90.5% were not Hispanic or Latino and 3.4% were Hispanic or Latino. The community support for Sacred Heart comes from the two Catholic churches in town and the parishioners. The two churches would include St. Benedict’s and Scared Heart. The socio-economic level would include both parents working in various jobs including working at the medical clinic, the hospital, the Human Services Center, and etc.
Sacred Heart Elementary School is very friendly and welcoming to all. We had an assembly the first week of school to introduce the new students to the students from last year. This shows that welcoming people into their school community is very important. The design of the school is unique. The preschoolers, junior kindergarteners, and kindergarteners are on the opposite

Vavra’s third grade classroom the whiteboard and smartboard are at the front of the room. My desk and Mrs. Vavra’s are off in the corner. Around the perimeter of the room are bookshelves and countertops. The seating in the room is a bit different than a usual classroom it is flexible seating which means the students get to pick where they want to sit. The options for the students in Mrs. Vavra’s room include standing, stools, sitting on the floor, bungee chairs, comfy chairs, beanbag chairs, and sitting at the podium. All of the bulletin boards and posters in the classroom are centered on one theme which is Peanuts. The students made puzzle pieces which were used to make into one puzzle to represent that they are one team is hanging on the back of the door. This serves as a reminder to the students that there will be bumps along the way in third grade, but together they can get through them. The scheduling is as consistent as the specials allow it to be. The daily schedule is on the board each day for the students. There isn’t times on it just a list of subjects. Mrs. Vavra told her students on day one that she doesn’t have a long list of rules that they need to follow she only has one. That one rule is to respect others which we talking more in-depth about what the meant on the first day. If you aren’t following this rule Mrs. Vavra will ask you to go out in the hallway and think about how you can be more respectful next time. Mrs. Vavra doesn’t give the student
The dedication the school puts to each individual student is amazing and lets you see how helpful someone can be in someone’s else’s
I discovered that some feel that students shouldn’t be separated by age. In my opinion, I think the separation is essential. I also learned that schools create their own culture history. I never thought about school activities as being traditional. I just thought of it as something fun to do outside the classroom with no true meaning.
Over my short, seventeen-year lifetime, I have had passions in many areas, from geography to soccer to leadership. However, as I have grown older, I have had a growing passion for the schools in my area because they taught me everything that I know and have given me all the opportunities that I have taken advantage of. Because of this growing passion, I became involved in two very important organizations that influence the future of the Sartell – St. Stephen School District: the Community Schools Planning Initiative and the Sartell – St. Stephen Board Of Education. The Community Schools Planning Initiative was launched at the start of 2015 in order to come up with a vision for the future of the Sartell – St. Stephen School District and a plan to match that
When you first walk into the classroom you unknowingly familiarizing yourself with your environment, for example; you notice the low buzz of the air condition humming above you, the navy-blue standard school chair, cold to the touch from hours of vacancy, the four posters posted on the beige bulletin board that reminds you of the color of your tea after you have poured too much cream into it, or even the ten unfamiliar faces staring straight at you. There is a white board in the front of the classroom for when there are assignments or notes that need to be taken. The smooth grey tables have two outlets in the middle that allows students to charge devices if needed. There is also an orange and black cord that wraps around and in-between desk like an out of control jungle vines. Everything in the room has its own place and

Attracting The Rancho Solano Preparatory School will make new changes by maintaining a permanent workforce through Christian Worldview. RSPS will attract, develop and keep the workforce required through the modification of Human Resource Management. Professional Impact Paper In reflecting upon this year and a half, I have received a very impactful experience for my career as an educator. As stated by Mpisi et al. (2020), a necessary condition for effective class facilitation is the self-improvement of teachers. Many of my goals have been achieved, and I have been given the tools to go even further in my career.
We had parent-teacher conferences. Each conference, we were able to show their growth from the beginning of the year to now. We showed them how they were compared to where they should be by the end of kindergarten. Almost every parent said that their child loved coming to school. Every child has had tremendous growth from the beginning of the year.
The Rancho Solano Preparatory School will make new changes by changing one major organizational subsystem. The subsystem is defined as a “work unit or smaller component within a larger organization” (Schermerhorn, 2011, p. 357). The primary purpose is helping the group subsystems; includes departments, programs, projects, teams, and employees (Kokemuller, 2016). The major subsystem that is in need of change is human resource management.
The environment in the classrooms was medium large (design like a small apartment without bathroom); divide into 4 rooms, which it includes wooden and workstation desks along with wheeled chairs; including one small office for staff, and two small workstation desk for teachers. The classroom contains six white Melamine Dry Erase Board. In the backroom,

In the center of the room was three small tables and chairs, which were spaced enough in the room to allow for small group work areas. The lighting in the classroom was bright (fluorescent lighting), with an additional lamp in the reading center. The noise level of the room seemed to stay at a low level with minimal distractions during the observation. Additionally, the temperature of the room was set at 74 degrees, and appeared to be a comfortable setting for everyone
Ms. Laura also encourages these choices by letting the students pick some of the centers in the morning, she will usually have 2-3 set centers and then give a child or two the option of picking a center. The room arrangement supports children, because she has quiet activities next to quiet activities, so if a child is trying to read a book they don’t have blocks in the same area. She also made sure to be aware of different family’s cultures, by labeling items in different languages and making sure when you look around the room there
The class was very big and has many chairs, and tables no one uses it. Due to
