Resilience First Aid Kit-Reflection Resilience is defined as; the ability to adapt to stressful, or difficult situations. If you are resilient, you are able to adapt to situations which trouble you without major difficulties. The task was to “Create a Resilience First-Aid Kit”. My resilience first aid kit includes items that I believe will assist someone to overcome problems, stress or hard situations that may occur throughout their time.
It is always better to face the truth and then to move on. We never know how much we have hidden inside us and how much if affects our personality subconsciously. At the surface, we might seem happy and content, but on the inside, we might be going towards depression. If a person does find triggers of having repressed memories, he/she should consult the psychiatrist and get the help he/she needs, it is much better than ignoring or thinking that they are hallucinating. I have so many painful memories that I would like to forget about and that I prefer not remembering.

Doctor Rivers showed various signs that he himself has some instability and a weakened mental health as he carries on through the hospital curing those who exhibited the signs of shell-shock. Doctor Rivers, silent and ready to listen, he listened to many horror stories, many tragedies, to help the soldiers overcome their deficiencies. Yet, no one was there to listen to Rivers, even if there was, he wouldn’t know where to begin. As Doctor Rivers helped overcome their mental illness’ you can’t help but to wonder how he continues his efforts to fix these soldiers, when he needs help fixing himself.
